| Our History and Our Future-
You might find this interesting. We
started our business in 1999 with a lot of help from Gary Miller of
Gemlink, at the time a local ISP in Orange, Virginia. We have worked
with Gary in many different ways since. We made several tries to
"invent" a system to promote and market local businesses, and while
the timing wasn't right for large scale investing in our system, we
have worked developing our system since our inception, and our
system is still better than the search engines willy-nilly
approaches to local business searches.. Our system
has gotten many of our custmers on page 1 of the major search
engines, without the costs associated without incurring the costs
associated with the search engines. We have now gone full-circle back to our roots, where Gary has become active with MagNet1, and MagNet1 has made a strategic alliance with Gemlink . Our ground-breaking concept of the Navigator, has been upgraded once magain, and we are ready to upgrade all our customer websites with the new Navigator. Further we will make available to our customers the Gemlink technology, which will be explained later on this website. For customers that want the full-service that we provide, where there will be no changes in service. For new customers as well as existing customers, the options available to you are as described below. Internet Presence is a simple thing to understand. You have a business, and you want to sell your products and/or services into a marketplace, local, national, and/or international. Because running your business is a full-time job, you need another business that has the knowledge you lack, to act in your behalf, to create and maintain your internet presence at the highest level, so that your website becomes an effective tool to represent your business goals to your marketplace. Once you understand this, there are hundreds of businesses, large and small, that would like to design your website and/or host your website, and still leave you with having to deal with details of dealing with people at call-centers, endure elevator music and long waits for service, and then offer you as little support as the think you will tolerate. That is not how we do business. We offer you a "human" interface reachable by email or telephone, that knows who you are, and is ready to resolve any issue that you may have. We have configured our business to serve your business at two levels. The first is our current level of service, with no changes for our current customers. For new customers, there are a few minor changes, all focused on increasing your Internet Presence. The second level is a new level of technology, which although very similar to our basic services, offers improved visual options, plus a CMS system (content management) so that you can edit the text and images of your website via your browser. In either case, you are getting a custom designed website, specifically designed for your business, by people that understand the Internet and business. |
