Getting Started

This is a rough description of the tasks and costs involved in doing it right.

1	Register Domain Name	Invoice #1 MagNet1 will register your domain, eg. www.yourname.com	$15 (note that this cost will be invoiced annually thereafter)
2	Set-up Charge	Invoice #1 Prepare MagNet1 servers for your site, for the Internet infra-structure to find your site, set-up your email, etc.	$35/one time charge
3	Design	Invoice #2 Design costs vary - 50% * of the agreed upon price is due prior to the start of design	TBD
4	Design	Invoice #3 - Balance of Design Cost due when site is published.**	TBD
5	Hosting	Invoice #4- Hosting starts the first of the next month, after site is published	$20/m= $60/quarter
6	Banner Ads	Banner ad costs run concurrently with hosting.	$10/m= $30/quarter
7	Other Items	Web maintenance, email/address generators, etc. costs run concurrently with hosting	TBD

* 50% of the design cost is not applicable for websites that are estimated to be $100 or less. In those cases, 100% of the design cost is due at inception of design.

** Note that the website is "published" when all of the inputs are included in the site design, and the site is available on the Internet via its default address, or 60 days after start of design, whichever comes first.
