This option (which costs $10 per month) includes adding a link from your entry in the MagNet1 Virginia Business Search Engine and from all applicable MagNet1 local business directories to your web-site. Standard Payment Requirements	All payments are due in advance of service.
Domain Registration	$15 per year. Your domain name is a unique Internet address for your web-site that is owned by you as long as your account is current. We maintain your account and bill you each year for this annual fee.
Set-up Charge - This applies to all web-sites hosted on our servers.	$35 This is a one-time charge, which covers entering information on our servers that enable your web-site to be downloaded to web-users, FrontPage extensions, email set-up, and other miscellaneous instructions to our servers.
One Page Web-site- This is the simplest of web-sites and may be effectively utilized by many businesses.	$100 design cost and $10 per month hosting fee, paid quarterly-$30/quarter, or $100/year.
Standard Virtual Domain Web-site	This is a standard multi-page site with graphics, links, and typically not constrained by page limit. Each site is unique and quoted individually. 1. Design Costs typically range from $250 to $1000 depending on the complexity of the web-site. 90% of the web-sites we design fall within this range, and the average is about $350. Changes to the web-site are made on an hourly basis at $60 per hour or by a pre-paid maintenance contract that offers cost savings. (See below) 2. Hosting Costs are $20 per month. This includes providing the web space, emails, and links to your site form our Virginia Business Search Engine, and the applicable community business directories. There are a number of extra cost options that relate to the type of site, and the additional services you may desire to improve your web presence. These options include E-commerce, web maintenance, specialty email marketing capabilities, business automation techniques integrated into your website, banner ads, and more. Read on to see whether these options are desirable for your web presence.
E-commerce Capabilities (extra cost option)	We utilize our own custom designed shopping cart system that includes credit card transactions via our secure server. This system can use on-line credit verification systems (quoted individually) or our unique credit card system that utilizes your existing off-line merchant account. The off-line system adds $15/month to the basic hosting charges. On-line verification costs substantially more, and is quoted separately for each client. The catalog is typically limited to 100 items, but large catalogs are available.

(extra cost option) Banner ads provide Virginia businesses the opportunity to advertise in prominent places on our Virginia marketplace web-sites - MagNe1.com, TodayInVirginia and the Local Business Directory for each county and independent city, and other sites described below. The 136 Virginia marketplaces are where your potential customers live. TodayInVirginia provides the Virginia Internet user current information applicable to their locale. Weather, news, lottery results, traffic advisories, school information, local government, things to do, places to eat and much more. The Local Business Directories encourage Virginians to shop locally. Your banner ads will be visible every time anyone visits these web-sites and will provide a link to your web-site where you can display, virtually unlimited, information about your business, the products you sell and the services you provide. Note that when you join the banner ad program, your banner ad appears on other MagNet1 client websites via the MagNet1 Navigator, and it appears on various other websites within the MagNet1 system. One $10/month (in addition to other services) per marketplace banner ad, appears on up to 24 or more, other websites in your marketplace. Ask us for details. We have documented results of up to 500% increase in web traffic via our system.

Maintenance of web-sites that require regular maintenance is an important factor when determining the total cost of your web-site. If you do not have the knowledge and/or experience to do this work yourself, we can provide this service for you.

Web-site management/maintenance is available in multiple forms--
1) As required on an hourly basis of $60 per hour
2) Pre-paid at $40 per hour as described below.
     Pre-paid web-site management/maintenance offers several advantages .
             Pre-paid accounts are given priority
             Cost savings are offered for pre-paid accounts
             Your web-site is kept up to date with no un-planned expenses
3) Self-Management maintenance is provided by a unique HTML editor program that you
    lease for a $60 set-up charge plus $10/month. This includes written instructions and
    telephone/email support for 3 years. This program is particularly helpful for businesses that
    have a lot of changes and updates, like real estate listings, E-commerce, etc.
4) Many webfunctions can be controlled by database technologies, which allow repetitive
     updating to be easily accomplished by a person with minimal computer knowledge. This
     includes product listings, calendars, informational inserts, etc. Call us for details.

E-mail/Marketing System- This is a no cost option for websites that we host. It provides an email address input that goes on your home page (or other page). This input will build a email address book of people that want your newsletter or sales information. There is a password protected administration page that allows you to create the email content, then just click a button, and the message goes to those in the address book. There is also the capability for special sales information to appear on your home page, that you control via this admin page. Call for more details.

Association Membership Communications- This is a no cost option for groups (Churches, Scouts, etc.) that allows them to maintain a password protected membership directory, with an email address system, that allows communications to the membership via the website/email system. This system can also be utilized to print a tri-fold brochure, that can be mailed to anyone without email. Again, call for details.
