ROOM INFORMATION As of 12/15/03

If you want to reserve a room at the Clinton Inn, there are only 8 rooms remaining out of the 20 they set aside for us.  The reservation number is: 1-800-275-4411 X 565.  Obviously, tell them you are with the BHS class of '54.   The rate is $109.00 per night which entitles you to steal something from the Inn before you leave.  I hope to get a lamp.

FRIDAY NIGHT October 22

 The Friday night, the 22nd,cocktail party, which is optional and has nothing to do with Saturday night, will cost $14.00 per person based on having 40 people.  It will have finger foods such as chicken fingers, fruits, cheeses and mashed potatoes.  We will have a private room.

SATURDAY NIGHT October 23
The cost for the Saturday night hoe down is shaping up to be $85.00 per person.  We do need to get a deposit in soon, so we are asking  you to send a $35.00 check made out to "Bogota Class of 1954" per person to Judy Csaposs Shaw, 50 Harvard Avenue, Point Pleasant Beach, NJ 08742.  I'm sure if you have to cancel at a reasonable time before the event, you'll get your money back.

SUNDAY MORNING BRUNCH October 24

Sunday morning brunch at the Clinton Inn-cash The Sunday brunch, which is also optional, will be $15.00 per person based on 30 people and will be in a private room with a full buffet setup. PLEASE LET
Ron Mc Farlane  know if you are planning on the two optional events because we have to let them know ahead of time and send them a deposit.

I
