| At the 50th reunion of our high
school graduation, those attending will miss those
classmates that cannot be there. From the perspective of
1954, this anniversary would seem to be an eternity, but
from the perspective of 2003 looking back, aided by
these photographs, 1954 seems like yesterday. Thank you Zane
for being our classmate. |

After earning several undergraduate and graduate degrees,
Liana taught children as an elementary teacher and education
students as an assistant professor . She traveled
extensively in the United States, Canada and Europe. She
retired from Fitchburg State College, in the Commonwealth of
Massachusetts. Liana writes, "For the past 45 years I have
lived and worked in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, with
brief stints in New York City, Los Angeles and Santa Fe".
She also writes, "I am a country woman, married to a retired
farmer, and we spend a lot of time outdoors". Her interests
and hobbies include family, friends, pets, home gardens,
baking rading, art and needlework. She goes on to say her
most unforgettable moments are those spent outdoors on
beautiful days - rowing, hoeing, snowshoeing, hiking, berry
picking, etc. |
