After BHS J udy got her BA from the
University of Rochester, then worked as an advertising
copywriter in a NYC agency.
Judy's interests are gardening (she's a
garden club member), doing volunteer work creating learning
materials for the school district, being an "angel" to
Rochester's regional GEVA Theatre, and, most of all, travel.
Judy and Tom have traveled the Caribbean
many times. Cruised the Mediterranean twice, Scandinavia
and Russia, around South America (missing, unfortunately, a
stop at the original Bogota ), New Zealand and Australia.
Highlights of Judy's' life since BHS are
seeing my "kids" graduate from high school and college,
marry and become mothers; and "surviving" over 35 winters in
Rochester, NY. Changes in the last 50 years? "Not too much
short-time memory loss...many fun memories...a little wisdom
along the way.

Jeanne has devoted most of her professional life to
academia. After earning lesser degrees, she earned her
highest degree, a PHD, from New York University. She is
certified as a diabetes educator, Clinical Nurse Specialist,
Gerontological Nursing and Adult Nurse Practitioner. Her
last position, from which she retired in December, 2000, was
that of Associate Dean of Administrative and Clinical
Affairs, UMDNJ, School of Nursing, Newark, NJ.
She has spent the past 4 years caring for the joys of her
life, her great-nieces Isabel and Abigail, while their Mom
completed medical school and family practice residency.
Jeanne mentions that she sees former classmate (since 3rd
grade) Carol Francica Famularo and her family frequently and
has dinner with Sue Wehrmaker occasionally. |
